Иностранцы, которые в настоящее время или когда- либо работали, учились или проживали в Харбине, при подаче заявления на получение зарубежной визы или иммиграции обязаны будут предоставить Харбинское свидетельство об отсутствии судимости.
Foreigners who ever worked, studied, or lived in Changchun for more than 6 months need to provide Police Clearance Certificate/Non-Criminal Record Certificate for China or other country’s work permit, student permit or permanent residence. Police Clearance Certificate/Non-Criminal Record Certificate is required to be notarized, authenticated and legalized.
Foreigners who worked, studied, or lived in Harbin with work visa, student visa or family reunion visa for more than 6 months can apply for Harbin Police Clearance Certificate/Non-Criminal Record Certificate.Police Clearance Certificate/Non-Criminal Record Certificate is required to be notarized, authenticated and legalized.
Foreigners who worked, studied, or lived in Beijing with work visa, student visa or family reunion visa for more than 6 months can apply for Beijing Police Clearance Certificate/Non-Criminal Record Certificate. Generally, foreigners with Z (work), X1 (study) or J1 (journalist) visa possessing residence permit who can live in Beijing for more than 6 months can apply for Beijing Police Clearance Certificate/Non-Criminal Record Certificate.
